Commercial refrigeration repair by state

We can look for a technician anywhere in the US: start with your ZIP code. The states below have their own pages because that is where people search most, and each covers how refrigeration contractors are licensed there and what local conditions do to equipment.

Everywhere else

A state without a page is not a state we skip. Send your ZIP code and we look for a technician who covers it, the same way. Pages for these states come next, as demand grows: Colorado (Denver), Oklahoma (Oklahoma City), New York, Georgia (Atlanta), Arizona (Phoenix), Washington.

Rules that apply in every state

  • Anyone who opens a refrigeration system and handles refrigerant must hold EPA Section 608 certification.
  • From January 1, 2026, commercial systems with 15 pounds or more of HFC refrigerant fall under the EPA's leak repair rule.
  • Cold-held food stays at 41°F or below under the FDA Food Code, which every state adopts in some form.
  • New walk-in coolers and freezers under 3,000 square feet are built to Department of Energy standards.

Find a technician in your state

Your ZIP code, a name and a number, then a few taps about the equipment. Most people finish in under a minute.

We are a free matching service, not a refrigeration contractor. We look for a refrigeration technician who covers your area and tell you who it is first; your details go to them only with your go-ahead.
